Carpin Capers take online security seriously. Several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately are all in place. Carpin Capers offer the use of secure servers where information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. In the unlikely event of credit card fraud, the credit card issuer usually covers the cost, and as a consumer you should contact your card providers to find out your position. Carpin Capers have made online shopping secure and easy. When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status. We delete your online credit card details as soon as the order is processed. Here at Carpin Capers you can be sure that we have taken all steps to ensure that your online ordering is safe and secure.


Delivery

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of orders, subject to availability. Special attention will be given to urgent orders and we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we can. Delivery charge is 9.00 pounds for products up to 20 kilos please email us first for multiple items and we will calculate the best price for your delivery



Returns

If you are not completely Satisifed with the goods, return unused, with any original tags attached and in resaleable condition, within 14 days for a full refund or exchange on goods.

No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after invoice date. We regret we cannot give refunds for carrage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statuory rights.

If you wish to return any item, please telephone 01604 634115 quoting your invoice number for which you will be given a returns number which must be enclosed with the goods returned.

Please do not post any items to Carpin Capers before obtaining a returns number.

NOTE: Items must still have their original tags attached and include any appropriate packaging. Goods that are soiled (dirty, smelling of smoke etc) will not be accepted.

For your own protection we advise you to return any item via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. Carpin Capers is not responsible for items that are not received.

Upon receiving the returned item we will post any requested exchanges and refund the credit card used for the original transaction. If the purchase was made by cheque or postal order then a cheque will be returned.
